So whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve your energy level, or just learn a new exercise, MUV offers options! Our personal training services provide one-on-one attention to help you get started, stay motivated, and reach those fitness goals!
- Complimentary Sessions -- We offer two complimentary sessions with a trainer upon new member sign up!
- Packages -- We offer different packages, including 3 to 6 months or bundles, depending on your need and plan.
- Customized Plans -- Our personal training packages come with InBody analysis, sample workouts, meal planning, and supplement recommendations.
- Age Requirement -- You must be at least 12 years old to work out with a personal trainer.
