Strength Training at West Columbia Gym
We have plenty of weights for you to choose from at our West Columbia location. Our free weight section includes squat racks, smith machines, dumbbells, leg press, benches (decline and incline and flat) plate loaded hammer strength equipment, cable station, easy curl bars and straight bars, seated overhead press, back extension machine, pull up stations, and calf machines.
Our dumbbells range from 5 lbs to 100 lbs and we even have circuit training equipment available.
