Beginning riders and experienced cyclists alike will benefit from these instructor-led classes that tone muscles, torch fat, and get your heart rate pumping. You’ll tone your legs and core as you warm-up, sprint, and cool-down with upbeat music.
Exercise at your own pace, if needed, and work up to improved cardio health and endurance. Adjust your pace and resistance levels as you navigate flat terrain and climb hills. It’s a great aerobic workout — and all are welcome to join!
