What to Expect
Personal training at MUV Fitness gyms begins with an assessment to gauge where you are. A trainer will ask about your goals for joining the gym, and then help you develop a routine that meets you right where you are. Your trainer takes into account your skills, current fitness level, and exercises you enjoy. You’ll set targets that are easily achievable — and then move on to challenge and push yourself even further.

When you join our fitness center and work with our personal trainers, you also have access to our other services and amenities.
So if you want to try a group class, work out by yourself on our state-of-the-art gym floor, or experiment with our MUV Barre class, we invite you to experience everything MUV Fitness has to offer!
