Each of your employees will receive:
- Two (2) 1-hour sessions with one of our certified personal trainers (CPT).
- A customized fitness plan
What’s included in these sessions?
In these sessions, your team members will do a fitness analysis and set up a cardio prescription and a weight training program to help them achieve their personal goals.
Because learning how to train correctly is so important, the CPT will determine sets and reps and watch the mechanics of how the body moves. This will ensure maximum results without injury.
To help drive results, each month they receive a free 30-minute session with a trainer!
This check-in is to update circumference measurements, weight, and to see how they’re doing with their workouts. CPTs make changes to their workouts to keep your employees accountable and motivated!
